I built NBEH because I needed it in my own stores.
I’ve worked in e-commerce for more than 8 years, and I learned that a store’s success doesn’t depend only on a great product or a successful ad.
Sometimes a customer reaches the product page interested and ready to buy, but one small question, a moment of hesitation, or an unclear detail remains. If they don’t find the answer at the right moment, they may simply leave.
I wished I could talk to every visitor, understand what was holding them back, and explain the product in the way that fit their need.
That’s where the idea of NBEH began.
I built it to be like a smart salesperson inside the store: it understands visitors’ questions, clears up the ambiguity, and gives every customer the information they need to make a clearer, more confident purchase decision.
Over time I realized there was another benefit, just as important:
Every question a customer asks reveals something to the merchant: what matters to their customers, where they hesitate, and which information needs to be clearer on their product pages.
That’s why NBEH isn’t just a tool that answers questions.
It’s the salesperson I wish I’d had in my stores from the start.
